About Us:

Midwest F.A.S.T. Structures is a division of Rex Alton Companies. It all started in 1968 with sand blasting and painting services. In 1973 we added sand, gravel, and trucking to our list of services, and this is when Rex Alton Companies was born. We then added a small demolition division and in 1976 our excavation equipment expanded our demolition division into what it is today.

In 1978 Rex Alton Companies was the first in the United States to build and operate a air lift dredge, the dredge reaches depths of over 100 feet. In 1981 we incorporated Ready Mix concrete into the company, this included our own complete concrete construction crew.

In 1998 we invested in our land development company to develop 25 acres of prime real estate in Vincennes, IN. In the year 2000 we added on truck repairs, a parts department, and our fabrication faciltiy was purchased.

2001 consisted of integrating general contracting, where we specialized in radiant heat flooring. Rex Alton Companines and Midwest F.A.S.T. Structures are both extremely well rounded companies, we strive to provide our customers with all of the necessary services and products to successfully complete any task quickly and accurately.
